Lesedi Makoane

Founder of Future Leaders Academy

I am the founder of the Future Leaders Academy, completed a Bachelor of Science in Human physiology, genetics, and psychology from the University of Pretoria.

With the background of this degree , I have been very eager and interested in the psychology of learning and impact of skills development especially amongst young people.

Over a decade of experience on youth development and empowerment. My Journey started with DoSomething Youth Organisation - which I served as the founder and Executive director, the NGO would facilitate programmes and activities such as Book Clubs, Career Expos and Mentorship programmes through various parts of Soweto.

My zeal for empowering and developing young leaders is what sets me apart.

Andile Morudi

Administrative Director

I am currently a second-year student at the University of South Africa, studying towards a Social Work degree. I also completed competently two certificates, namely, Facilitating EarlyChildhood Development [Learning Using Variety Given Methodologist] and First Aid.

I have over 5 years' experience in creating various programmes that are suitable for various age groups.

Through my knowledge, skills and experience, my fundamental goal in life is to decolonise our young leaders from various psychological, social and spiritual constraints that create environments of ills that are harmful to the growth of people,

Ntokozo Ndaba

Operations Director

I am Ntokozo Njabulo Ndaba, a graduate from Wits university with a Bachelor Degree in Clinical Medical Practice.

My journey thus far has been dedicated to guiding and empowering young minds to positively impact South Africa. For more than a decade, I have been actively involved in youth mentorship and community engagements.

I’ve committed my time and expertise to fostering positive change in the lives of young people. Serving as an Executive Director at Do Something Youth Organization, I’ve been a driving force behind community outreach initiatives, unconventional career guidance exhibitions and mentorship programs aimed at unlocking the potential within every young mind.
Driven by a passion for education and youth mentorship, I aspire to continue playing a pivotal role in empowering young minds.

My commitment to youth mentorship since early on in my life reflects not only my dedication but also my deep belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship in shaping a generation of leaders.

Yolanda Ramatlo

Financial Director

I am Yolanda Lebohang Ramatlo, a wardrobe stylist by profession. Director and Founder of Ramadabo Pty Ltd. Director and Founder of She Black Style.

My styling career took off in the year 2017 mainly in the commercial field earned my stripes by assisting at big commercial production and a bit of stills/billboard.

I was also an executive director for the DoSomething Youth Organisation where I played a pivotal role in ensuring programmes were delivered excellently and managed our stakeholder relationships.

I am passionate about empowering Youth through excellent service delivery. My goal is to continue to find new and improved ways to communicate the message of Leadership to young people.

Lindiwe Mthethwa

Research and Innovation Director

I am a supply chain and operations professional with a passion for driving youth development initiatives. With over 10 years’ experience in youth development, a proud member of the leadership academy and co-founder. I've been instrumental in targeting and spearheading programs that empower young leaders.

Having completed the Emerging leaders Programme with the Nelson Mandela University. I am very confident of the positive and visible outcomes of a leadership programme.

My goal is to see the SA leadership academy establish its own school and offer tailor made programmes for youth, where young leaders can be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on society.

My dedication to smart growth, efficiency, and providing exceptional customer experiences has earned me a reputation as a trusted leader.
